Orders: Ordering in Topolchele.com is very simple.

Payment methods: Pay the way that suits you. We currently have the following methods of payment:
 
Paypal: You can pay with your credit card through Paypal. You must register your card at paypal.com, this is one of credit card payment safer in the world, because the business (we) do not have access to your card, instead Paypal is who processes the payment and your payment details are always safe. Cash on delivery: Pay your order in cash upon receipt. You will be required to maintain accurate payment when the order arrive, if you can not please report it.
 
Deposit / Wire Transfer: We accept payment by deposit and bank transfer to one of our accounts. We currently receive payments through Banco Popular, Banco BHD and BanReservas.
 
 
Shipping:
 
We ship to all provinces in Dominican Republic.
 
Express delivery: Products are delivered door to door in a period of 2-24 hours if products are available. This option currently only applies to the Greater Santo Domingo, some restrictions apply. If you require express shipping service to provinces, you can request a quote to sales staff.
 
All products are shipped immediately after payment is confirmed, If your payment is made before 3:00 pm. After this time we do not assure that your order can be shipped the same day.
 
Economic sent: The product is delivered door to door in a period of 5-7 days. To choose this option customer must do the payment before, then we send the order. This option applies to the Greater Santo Domingo and to Provinces
 
Submissions by Route: (To provinces) sent to all provinces by the corresponding transport route. The shipping cost varies according to the variables set by each route.
 
The carrier is responsible for the goods trought transportation, so any delay or inconvenience in transporting the goods must be claimed to transport line. Where they apply, customers can put insurance on the goods before shipment to protect his investment if desired.
 
 
Exchange or Refund Policy:
 
In topolchele.com we are humans, and as such we treat our customers with the kindness and understanding they deserve. First we put in foots of customer to understand it.
 
Our exchange or refund policy is quite sensitive, but also we consider that some aspects need to be clarified.
 
You can return a product because it does not like, because it does not work for which it was required to or because the product presents a manufacturing defect.
 
Within the first 48 hours after receiving your order, a product may be subject to change without any additional cost if it presents significant manufacturing defects that were not previously listed at time of purchase.
 
If you receive a different product than that you ordered, the product can be exchanged or returned with no additional cost. But customer is responsible to check any product details and specifications before ordering to be sure what is he buying.
 
Many products need to be tested at the time of delivery. If your product gets defective after being tried and received by you, we require 2-48 hours to assess the defect presented. If it is confirmed that the problem was caused by physical damage or misuse of the product, we reserve the right to change the product.
 
All electronic equipment must undergo a review process that can last from 2 to 48 hours, if they undergo a process of exchange or refund.
 
We make no claims at home. That is, any claim for exchange or refund must be requested by sending the product to our offices in Calle Ramón Marrero Aristy Corner Costa Rica, Ensanche Ozama, Santo Domingo Dominican Rep.. For any exchange or refund, shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees are customer responsibility.
 
If you choose to exchange a product because you do not like it or because it can not be used for what you ordered, we reserve the right to exchange it. If it is approved for exchange or refund, you must apply within the first 48 hours after receiving the product and could be applied to an administrative fee of 500 pesos as applicable. The customer is responsible for reviewing product specifications and ask everything he need to order the right product.
 
All returns are replaced with a credit, which can be consumed at the required time.
 
Clearance Items are not subject to exchange or return, so you are encouraged to review them well and ask any questions before ordering.
 
After Expiration of deadlines to apply for exchange or return we reserve the right to exchange or return that product.
 
Any exchange or refund may be approved as long as the customer keeps the product in the same condition in which it was delivered, including packaging and product labels. So it is essential to present the original purchase Invoice.
